Amit has an extensive track record of managing $400M+ in private equity buyouts, where he led transformative strategies for its portfolio companies. As CFO of two Private Equity portfolio companies, he raised over $200M in debt and equity, led major acquisitions, restructured and turn around businesses and spearheaded IPO initiative at London Stock Exchange. With deep expertise in M&A, corporate governance, and financial and corporate restructuring, Amit combines strategic vision with operational excellence to create long-term sustainable value for investors.
